Agnieszka Bobkowska has a university degree. In 1999, she graduated in Russian philology with English at the University of Opole, specializing in socio-economic and cultural relations with the East. As part of the MEN scholarship, in 1996-98 she studied at the Moscow State University – Institute of Russian Language of A. Pushkin, specializing in the language of business.
In 2001, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice in the field of foreign trade. In the years 1999 – 2010. was employed at Tenneco Airpack Polska Spółka z o.o. (then Pactiv and Pregis Spółka z o.o.) as an assistant to the management board, and then a sales specialist – also performing the duties of an internal auditor. także obowiązki audytora wewnętrznego.
In the years 2006-2007 she was a member of the supervisory board of P.A. NOVA S.A., in the years 2009-2018 she was the President of the Management Board of Supernova Spółka z o.o.
